A group of companies dedicated to business advisory services, mainly in the agri-food sector, where it carries out work across all areas: tax, labour and legal advice, CAP, technical support or consultancy, document support, etc. Central Lechera Asturiana SAT holds a 50% stake in this company.

CENTRAL LECHERA ASTURIANA GESTIÓN S.L.

CLAS Gestión, wholly owned by Central Lechera Asturiana SAT, offers extensive cover through its CLAS Insurance Brokerage service, with the guarantees of the leading insurance companies, together with the trust and security of the Central Lechera Asturiana Group.

INNOLACT S.L (QUESCREM)

A Galician company specialising in cream cheese, mascarpone and other innovative dairy products sold in 45 countries across the five continents. The Central Lechera Asturiana Group holds 60% of its share capital through its company CAPSA FOOD.

Sociedad Asturiana de Servicios Agropecuarios, S.L. (ASA)

Production of feed for members’ livestock, as well as the provision of essential services and products for the development of members’ farms.

Lácteas Flor de Burgos S.L., (Flor de Burgos)

In 2024, it joined the Group as a new production subsidiary of “Flor de Burgos”, focused on the manufacture of cheeses and yoghurts.
