This legal notice has been drawn up in order to inform users of the rights, uses, prohibitions, responsibilities, etc. applicable when browsing the Portal www.grupocentrallecheraasturiana.es, owned by Central Lechera Asturiana, S.A.T.

No. 471, Limited Liability (hereinafter, CLAS SAT), a company registered with the Mercantile Registry of Asturias, Volume 2426, Folio 47 et seq., Sheet No. AS-19289, with Tax Identification Number F-33012915 and registered office at Sierra de Granda, s/n, 33199, Siero, Asturias. CLAS SAT is the owner of, or holds the corresponding licence to use, the various contents, texts, photographs, drawings, designs, software, source code and information incorporated for this purpose, displayed throughout the Website Portal.

Purpose

To regulate access to, browsing and use of the Grupo Central Lechera Asturiana Website at the following address: www.grupocentrallecheraasturiana.es. Likewise, it regulates the liabilities arising from the use of its content, texts, graphics, drawings, designs, photographs, software, codes, databases, images, information, as well as any other creation protected by national laws and international treaties on intellectual and industrial property, which the owner makes available to users through its Website.

Nullity and Ineffectiveness

If any provision of these conditions is deemed null or unenforceable, in whole or in part, by any competent Court, Tribunal or administrative body, such nullity or unenforceability shall not affect the remaining conditions contained on the Portal.

The failure by CLAS SAT to exercise or enforce any right or provision contained in these conditions shall not constitute a waiver thereof, unless expressly acknowledged and agreed in writing by CLAS SAT.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

All clauses included in this Legal Notice are governed by Spanish law. Any conflict, dispute or situation arising from these conditions shall be submitted to the Courts and Tribunals of Oviedo (Asturias), and the parties expressly waive any other jurisdiction that may apply.
